Description
This hydrangea flower head survived the winter and is still standing. It looked so lovely with the sun shining through the translucent petals that I had to take a picture:>)

I have so many hydrangea plants. Usually I bring them in when green and keep them in bowls in the winter. This year I'm going to leave some so that I can explore this idea.....wonderful photography! V/F

I think, under the right conditions, they could be dramatic additions to dried bouquets. I was scolded by a Tasmanian friend for not pruning them in the fall - LOL. Thank you kindly, ma'am, for the comment and V/F!
