Description
This is a photograph taken in the midst of snow storm. I wanted to make it look like a watercolor, but I don't have the software to enhance the image as a watercolor. I softened the focus, used a texture by Shadowhouse Creations, and adjusted that texture for color and transparency. A few tweaks from Photoshop and this is what I came up with.
