Description
We went on a fishing trip out of Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey, USA, and I noticed ferry boats that were built like catamarans and flew like the wind over the ocean. They were called "Seastreak" and they looked not merely fast but comfortable. Curiosity got me and I looked them up. Sure enough, they are a commuter ferry service from New Jersey to the New York metropolitan area - quite the "thing" and impressive! There are seasonal boats that run to New Bedford and Martha's Vineyard, Massachsetts. It was fun to watch them speed back and forth, and I do mean SPEED.
I used a texture from Shadowhouse Creations:>)

I've seen them - it is pretty amazing watching them go across the water. Nice vintage feel to this photograph, very cool indeed! v/f
