Description
This is an image of dead fern fronds in my wildflower garden. They are still lovely with their graceful curves and delicate traceries. Autumn is a time for last glories and settling in for sleep.
The picture was taken with a Canon T4i and a Tamron 18-270 lens. I purposely moved the camera upward as I took the picture - tried for a subtle motion.
Besides doing a lot of work with color, transparencies, and brightness, I used a texture from Shadowhouse Creations.
