Description
This is a picture of the jetty at Barnegat Inlet on the Island Beach State Park side in New Jersey (USA). I took the photo at an extreme angle just to try something different, added a texture from Textureking, adjusted some transparencies and colors and will now call it an abstract.

Carol Senske replied:
Hi, Sandra:>) I just finished listening to my CD of Amalia singing Fado and here you are in my comments! Serendipity:>). I also love Mariza - she was on David Letterman a few years ago and that is how I came to know about this beautiful music of Lisboa. Anyway . . .thank you so much for your enthusiasm and giving this image an "awesome".

I absolutely love this dramatic photo and your rendering of it. The diagonal line is fantastic. Coincidentally, as a small child, I lived in Barnegat, NJ! This one gets a v/f and I love the title, too!
Carol Senske replied:
Ahhh, that old 6 degrees of separation thing raises it's head:>). Old Barney still stands as proud as ever and they've worked on it so it can light - not sure if it gets lit on a regular basis, though. Thank you for such high praise, Lenore, and for that coveted V/F! Have a great week.
