Description
For about a week the redbud trees in our woods bloom their hearts out. There is a springtime explosion of bright pink coordinating with the white of the dogwood trees - a lovely sight. The bees are delighted with the feast.
This effect was done in camera with creative focus - no digital enhancement.
The picture was taken on April 21, 2019, in Green Lane, Pennsylvania, USA, with a Canon T4i camera and a Canon 100mm macro lens. ISO 400, focal length 100 mm.
