Description
The Azalea Gardens are located at the Art Museum, Water Works, and Boat House Row on the Schuylkill River. It's a little over four acres of beautiful plantings, majestic trees, and beautiful walkways, and you would be hard-pressed to find a time when people aren't out enjoying themselves in the garden. In this picture there is a man relaxing on the far bench, and a family with children are playing a game of tag right outside the picture.
The garden boasts more than 150 species of azaleas and rhododendrons, and there are flowers everywhere.
This picture was taken mid-May, 2014, with a Canon T4i and a Tamron 18-270 lens.

Hello, Dear Blue Elvis:>) What a delight! You chose this image for a feature and I'm sitting here so happy in spite of the eight plus or minus inches of snow that fell last night and on into this morning! Rats! That means shoveling and maybe even using the snowblowers. That's okay, you gave me a feature:>) THANK YOU!
