Description
Mourning Doves - Zenaidura macroura, - are known for their sad cooing call. Sometimes I think they sound like an owl. What pretty birds! They have small heads, wide chests, and taper down to a long, pointed tail. Their color is grayish and soft tan - beautiful, soft tones.
I've used a texture from Shadowhouse Creations to soften the picture even more, enhancing those gentle color tones.
