Excellent shot Carol ! With a face like that, how bad could you be? I wanted to thank you Carol for all help you have given others on Fine Art America. With your encouraging comments and you active row with the Children Of The World Group. Thank you, thank you, thank you. May this next year be a good year for all, may this next year be a good year for children. And may all people have as much love in their heart as you Carol. Have a happy New Year my friend.

Carol Senske replied:

Good morning, Ken:>) This is so touching! Thank you for the lovely words and may you and those you love have a beautiful 2013. When I adopted the group, Children of the World, I wasn't sure how vibrant I could make the group - our son is 38, not 3 or 8 - since my days as an active parent of young children are well behind me. As it turns out, I am so in love with this group and it's members that I feel like a parent to every child pictured therein. Children are magical, aren't they! Thank you, Ken, for bringing sunshine to my day:>)

How fantastic to see this beautiful and appealing photo of an under-appreciated creature! Like you, I love spiders, and jumping spiders are especially amazing. You've captured its personality and character so well!

Carol Senske replied:

Spiders rule! Thanks for the kind words and spider appreciation:>)

Hi Carol: Right now the weather is cool and windy but with lots of sunshine! I really do like your spider. I find that photography has helped me cope with my phobia of spiders. I try to see them as interesting subjects instead of scary critters. : -)

Carol Senske replied:

I find the jumping spiders to be especially colorful and "cute" in their spider way. The natural world provides us a mind-boggling menu of variations in everything; spiders are no exception - kind of like flowers with legs - LOL.

Carol Senske replied:

Hi, Doris:>) How's the weather up yonder? Thank you for stopping in again and leaving such a nice comment!
