I just read "The Necklace" and was very moved by it. Your poetry is lovely and evocative.
Carol Senske replied:
Thank you so very, very much. It wrote itself, in truth, and I just held the pen.

Oh my Carol! I keep re-reading this poem and get more from it each time. I had never heard of a "pantoum" so I looked that up. I may try my hand at it. I self-published a book of poetry (with some photos) last year and want to do a second one. If you haven't made a book of your poems and photographs, I hope you will.
Carol Senske replied:
I am really pleased you liked the poem. Writing poetry is something that hits me at times, then it goes away for a while:>). My favorite is posted here on FAA as "The Necklace" ( https://fineartamerica.com/featured/the-necklace-carol-senske.html ). I bet your poetry is every bit as terrific as your photography! Is it for sale somewhere?
