There are times when a sunset is like a fire in the Heavens - glowing, luminous, and full of bright color. This is one of those times, a sunset on Island Beach State Park, New Jersey, in late July. How glorious an ending to a perfect day at the shore.

Thanks for all the nice words, Bob. The sky looked like a cauldron and I HAD to get a photo. My husband was in the truck ready to leave and I said, "Wait a minute!" - it was too amazing to miss:>). Wish I was better at capturing such moments!!!!
