Description
These interesting insects can walk on water. They have specially designed feet and legs that keep them on top of the surface. I like how their little feet make needle marls on the water. Food for the bugs is other bugs that fall on the water and become dinner. When it is not mating season, water striders live in friendly communal groups and even share food.
